Born in 1966, Baylor pursued his artistic passion at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, majoring in sculpture. After graduating, he gained experience working in Southern California art museums and galleries between 1990 and 1995. Relocating to Chicago in 1996, Baylor dedicated himself to a full-time career as an owner operator for Mason Dixon Trucking while producing fine art paintings for California clients.

His works have been featured in numerous private and public collections, including the Milwaukee Art Museum and the Museum of Wisconsin Art. Baylor's art continues to captivate audiences with its unique blend of nostalgia and futuristic vision.
