Henry Jabbour is a painter, printmaker, and sculptor whose work explores the fragility and impermanence of human existence. After a successful career in medical science, Jabbour transitioned to art, earning an MFA in Painting and Printmaking from the New York Academy of Art. His vibrant, textured paintings, often popoulated by schematic human figures, are a visceral exploration of memory, emotion, and the quest for universal connection. Using heavy impasto and a rich palette, Jabbour's works vibrate with dynamic energy and sensual pleasure, offering intimate glimpses into the human condition. His art challenges the viewer to search beyond appearances. With features in The Times and The Scotsman, Jabbour has exhibited in group exhibitions internationally, including the USA, UK, France, and Lebanon.
